A: To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide accurate delivery details, and consider opting for contactless delivery. Additionally, ensure that your cooking area is cleaned and ready for our team's arrival to avoid any additional cleaning fees.

Q: What payment methods do you accept, and when is the final payment due?

A: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. The final payment is due in full 5 days prior to your event. Please refer to your contract for further details regarding payment methods and deadlines.

  1. Safety Measures: In light of Covid-19, we prioritize safety with contactless deliveries for all catering orders. Our drivers will wear masks for added protection.

  2. Communication Response Time: Expect a response within 48 hours via email. For quicker assistance, reach out through our website or email.

  3. Deposits and Payments:

    • All deposits are non-refundable. Refer to your contract for deposit requirements.

    • Full payment is due 5 days prior to your event to avoid cancellation.

    • Rush orders requested within 5 days are subject to a $100 fee.

  4. Delivery Fees: Catering delivery fees vary based on location.

  5. Order Accommodations:

    • Catering deliveries and pick-up orders include disposable pans and utensils.

    • Additional items like chafing dishes or chinaware are available upon request.

  6. Cleaning Requirements: Ensure your cooking area is cleaned (dishes, countertops, etc.). Failure to do so will incur an $80 cleaning fee added to the final bill.

  7. Cancellation Policy: Contact us at least 5 days in advance to cancel. Deposits are non-refundable.

  8. Grocery Purchases: We do not allow clients to purchase groceries for their events.
